Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- Confirm that the manuscript has been submitted exclusively to this journal and has not been published, printed or submitted elsewhere.
- Confirm that all research meets ethical guidelines, including adherence to the legal requirements of the country being studied.
- Confirm that you have prepared a full text without the title page (with author ID), acknowledgments, and any headings with author names, to allow for peer review.
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word format.
- Confirm that you inserted in the "Comments for the editor" field, name and email of at least 6 possible evaluators
- The text follows the style standards and bibliographic requirements described in Author Guidelines.
Articles
Scientific and original analytical papers stemming from studies and research, which effectively contribute to building knowledge in the field. Maximum length: 50 pages.
Short communications
Preliminary reports on field observations, problems and progress of current research, emphasizing hypotheses, mentioning sources, partial results, methods and techniques used. Maximum length: 15 pages.
Memory
Section inteded to report on museum collections, that are relevant for scientific issues; and biographical essays, including obituaries or personal memories. Maximum length: 15 pages.
Book Reviews
Text discussing recently published books in the field of natural sciences, in print or electronically. Maximum length: 5 pages.
Theses and Dissertations
Theses and dissertations abstracts, with no references section. Maximum length: 1 page
Copyright Notice
Publication means fully assigning and transferring all copyrights of the manuscript to the journal. The Liability Statement and
Assignment of Copyrights will be enclosed with the notice of acceptance. All the authors must sign the document and return it to the journal.
Privacy Statement
The names and addresses informed in the Boletim will be used exclusively for the services provided by this publication and are not made available for other purposes or to third parties
